  • I agree to receive text/sms / mms messages and emails from The Smartphone Medics.
  • I grant permission to The Smartphone Medics to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device. Furthermore, I release The Smartphone Medics from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. The Smartphone Medics is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service.
  • Furthermore, I release The Smartphone Medics from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. The Smartphone Medics is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service. I acknowledge that I have 180 days to pick up any unpaid/paid items left with The Smartphone Medics. If I fail to pick up the items within the time limit, I understand that I will forfeit the items and be relinquished to The Smartphone Medics.
  • Our warranty will cover malfunctioning or defective parts of which were repaired and/or installed by our experienced technicians.
  • Warranty is exclusive to the parts and/or services that The Smartphone Medics customers acquire, the warranty is exclusive on the parts used to repair the customers’ device.
  • All repairs shall have a (1) one month warranty period.
  • All Labor costs associated with the repair will also be covered by the warranty.

Moreover, should any of the below scenarios play out then the warranty will be voided

  • Warranty Will Be Voided If…
  • Device is or has been water damaged.
  • The device sustains a drop (purposeful/accidental).
  • Device has a broken screen or parts not caused by technician error.
  • Software issues that are not related to the repair.
  • Device is jail broken.
  • Device has exterior damage: (e.g. cracked, bent, dented, twisted, etc.)
  • Device being exposed to extreme temperatures.
  • As stated earlier, the warranty shall not cover parts that are unrelated to the repair service provided to you.
  • The warranty is valid exclusively to the customer who purchased the repair and whose name is on the warranty/invoice, the warranty is not transferable if the ownership of the device is distributed to another individual or business.
  • There are no refunds on device purchases or repairs. Only store credit or alternative repairs can be made. A $40 restocking fee is charged for a return of merchandise with no issues.
  • Cell Helmet must be registered online in order to activate your warranty (if not it will not cover the cost of repair).
